Building the data infrastructure the full reading needs. Coordination between sovereign, transnational and sub-state architectures at the scale the region runs at — later work. The standing of future operators. The standing of non-human architectures. The tension between planetary correction and the operator’s authority below the line. And AI coupling architectures — new allocators of computational capacity, of trained representations, of output at scales no person can run.
